Umrah Visa Processing

We handle all visa processing requirements on your behalf. Please review the requirements below carefully before booking.

The company's obligations regarding booking conditions are defined below. Please read them carefully before signing the contract document. All requirements must be met for successful visa processing.

Passport Validity

Required

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your departure date.

Blank Pages

Required

Your passport must have at least 2 facing blank pages for visa stamps.

Digital Passport Only

Required

Non-digital or handwritten passports will not be accepted. Only machine-readable passports are valid.

EC (Non-British) Passport Holders

We can only apply for Umrah/Hajj visa if you are a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide proof of UK residency when applying.

Non-EC Passport Holders

Must have permanent residency, student visa, or work visa. You must have entered UK territory at least 2 months before applying for Umrah visa.

Meningitis Vaccination

Required

All passengers must have valid Meningitis vaccination certificates. This is mandatory for entry into Saudi Arabia.

Visa Processing Timeline

We will retain your passport once the visa has been issued from the Saudi Embassy.
Visa processing can take time and may be issued close to your departure date.
Please ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
