Who we are
Our company
Divine Pathways Services (DPS) is a Pakistan-based company providing Umrah services, international flight ticketing and visit visa documentation support. Registered with SECP and FBR, Pakistan.
We keep our Umrah offering split into two separately managed programmes — one for pilgrims departing Pakistan and one for those travelling from the UK — so contact hours, departure airports and documentation support match each route.
Across all three pillars the operating principle is the same: say what is included, say what is not, put it in writing, and never promise an outcome that belongs to somebody else to decide.
DPS provides documentation, application and travel-arrangement support only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates and visa authorities, and are never guaranteed by DPS.

Our approach
Three pillars, deliberately kept separate
Pilgrimage, international ticketing and visit visa documentation are genuinely different disciplines. A good Umrah coordinator is not automatically the right person to read a Schengen visit visa file, and vice versa.
So each pillar runs as its own desk with its own manager. It means an enquiry reaches someone who does that work every day, and it means we can be specific rather than general when we answer you.
