How this service works
Our Pakistan Umrah desk arranges the whole journey as one package: the flights, the hotels in both cities, the transport that links them, and the documentation work that has to be completed before any of it can be confirmed. You deal with one coordinator rather than chasing an airline, a hotel and an agent separately.
Arrangements are built around your dates, your budget and how close to the Haram you want to stay. Proximity is usually the biggest single factor in the cost of an Umrah package, so we set out the options honestly — walking distance, short shuttle ride, or further out — and let you decide where the money is best spent.
Umrah from Pakistan and Umrah from the UK are run as two separate programmes. Departure airports, contact hours and documentation differ enough that combining them would mean one of the two being served badly.
DPS provides documentation, application and travel-arrangement support only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates and visa authorities, and are never guaranteed by DPS.

Return flights
Return air tickets from your Pakistani departure city to Jeddah or Madinah, with routing options presented before anything is booked. Direct and one-stop options are usually both available at different price points.
Makkah accommodation
Hotel accommodation in Makkah at the proximity tier you choose — from walking distance of the Haram to properties served by a shuttle. Room configuration (quad, triple, double) is set to suit your group.
Madinah accommodation
Hotel accommodation in Madinah, typically within reach of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, for the portion of the trip spent in the city.
Ground transportation
Airport reception on arrival, transfer to Makkah, the inter-city transfer between Makkah and Madinah, and the return to the airport at the end of the journey.
Visa documentation assistance
We prepare and check your Umrah visa application and supporting documents, and tell you plainly what is still outstanding. The decision itself rests with the Saudi authorities.
Support before and during travel
A briefing before departure covering the rites, what to pack and what to expect, plus a contact you can reach while you are away if something needs sorting out.

We collect your documents, check them against current requirements, and submit the visa application on your behalf.
Tickets and briefing
Tickets and hotel vouchers are issued, and we run through the itinerary, the rites and the practical arrangements with you before you fly.
Travel with support
You are met on arrival, transfers run to the confirmed schedule, and you have a contact for the duration of the trip.

What to have ready
Requirements are set by the Saudi authorities and change from time to time. The list below covers what is typically requested — we confirm the current position with you before you submit anything.
- Passport with sufficient remaining validity
- Recent passport-size photographs to the required specification
- Completed application details as provided by us
- Proof of relationship for family groups, where requested
- Mahram documentation where the current rules require it
- Any vaccination or health certificates in force at the time of travel
Do not book non-refundable arrangements around an application that has not yet been decided.
