Overview

How this service works

This desk prepares the three kinds of visit visa application: tourist, family sponsored and business. All three are short-stay files that let you travel for a few weeks rather than settle, but each is judged on a different set of documents, so we treat them as three distinct pieces of work. Our strongest coverage is Schengen Europe, and within it Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland, where we deal with the requirements often enough to know what each mission actually asks for. We also handle Canada, the United States and New Zealand.

We want to be exact about the limits, because this is an area where people are routinely misled. DPS prepares, checks and helps you submit a visit visa application, and explains each stage in writing. DPS does not decide visa applications. That decision belongs to the embassy, consulate or visa authority, and no consultant can guarantee it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you.

What good documentation support genuinely changes is the failure rate from avoidable causes — thin or unexplained bank statements, a travel purpose the itinerary does not support, a sponsor's papers that do not match the invitation, missing insurance, or an application lodged at the wrong mission for the intended route. That is the work, and it is worth doing properly.

DPS provides documentation, application and travel-arrangement support only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates and visa authorities, and are never guaranteed by DPS.

Which one applies

The three types we handle

They are all short-stay applications, but each is judged on a different set of documents. We establish which one your case is before any paperwork starts.

01

Tourist visit visa

You are travelling at your own expense to sightsee, visit friends or take a holiday. The application stands on your own documents: what you earn, what you hold, what the trip costs, and what brings you home again at the end of it.

02

Family sponsored visit visa

A relative settled in the destination country invites you and takes on part of the cost. Much of the weight then sits on the sponsor's side — their status, their income, their accommodation and a written invitation that matches your stated plans exactly.

03

Business visit visa

You are travelling for meetings, negotiations, a trade fair, training or a site visit. It needs an invitation from the host company alongside your own company's registration, your position in it, and a purpose the two sets of documents plainly agree on.

What's included

What this covers in detail

Each point below is part of the arranged service. Anything outside it is listed separately further down, so there are no assumptions either way.

Eligibility and route review

An honest read of your circumstances against the visit visa route you have in mind — including telling you when the timing, the travel history or the documents make an application unlikely to succeed as it stands.

Case-specific document checklist

A checklist built for your case rather than a generic list: what the mission requires for a tourist, family sponsored or business visit, and for your particular employment or business position.

Application form completion

Completion and checking of the online or paper application form — Schengen, IRCC, DS-160 or the New Zealand equivalent — so that answers are consistent with the documents behind them.

Financial, sponsor and company documents

Review of bank statements, income evidence, sponsor undertakings and host-company invitations, with plain advice on what a visa officer will read into them and what needs explaining in a covering letter.

Itinerary, bookings and insurance

Guidance on the travel itinerary, accommodation and flight reservations, and the travel medical insurance that Schengen missions require, so the file reads as one coherent trip.

Appointment and submission support

Help booking the embassy or visa centre appointment, assembling the file in the required order, and knowing what to expect on the day of biometrics or interview.

Step by step

How an enquiry becomes a booking

The order things actually happen in, so you know what comes next at every stage.

  1. Initial consultation

We discuss where you want to travel, why, when and with whom. That settles which of the three visit visa types your case is, and what that particular mission will expect to see for it.

  2. Document review

Your existing documents are checked for gaps, inconsistencies and anything that will need translating, attesting or explaining.

  3. File preparation

The application form, covering letter, itinerary and supporting documents are assembled into one consistent file.

  4. Appointment booking

The embassy or visa centre appointment is booked for a date that works with your travel plans and the current processing times.

  5. Submission and biometrics

You submit the file and give biometrics. From this point the decision rests with the mission.

  6. Outcome and next steps

We tell you the outcome as soon as we have it. If it is a refusal, we explain the stated ground and what, if anything, can sensibly be done next.

Before you apply

What to have ready

Exact requirements vary by destination, by mission and by which of the three visit visa types you are applying under. This is the set most applications draw on — we tell you which of these apply to your case at the consultation stage.

  • Passport valid well beyond the intended stay, with blank pages
  • Completed application form for the destination country
  • Recent photographs to the mission's exact specification
  • Bank statements covering the last several months
  • Proof of income — salary slips, tax returns or business documents
  • Employment letter, or business registration if self-employed
  • Travel itinerary with flight and accommodation reservations
  • Travel medical insurance meeting the destination's minimum cover
  • Sponsor's invitation, status and financial documents, for a family sponsored visit
  • Host company invitation and your own company documents, for a business visit
  • Evidence of ties to Pakistan — property, family or ongoing employment

Never submit an altered or fabricated document, or a bank statement that does not reflect real funds. It will usually be detected, and the consequences — refusal, and often a lasting bar on future applications — are far worse than the problem it was meant to hide. We will not knowingly submit one.
