Overview

How this service works

The UK programme is run separately from the Pakistan one. Departures are from UK airports, enquiries are answered in UK hours, and the documentation follows the route a UK-resident applicant actually takes — which is not the same route as an applicant travelling from Pakistan.

The package itself is built the same way: return flights, accommodation in both cities at the proximity tier you choose, all the ground transport in between, and support before and during travel. What changes is the departure point, the timings and the paperwork.

Families travelling from the UK often want to combine the trip with relatives joining from elsewhere. We can coordinate arrivals so that everyone is in the same hotel on the same nights, provided we know early enough.

DPS provides documentation, application and travel-arrangement support only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates and visa authorities, and are never guaranteed by DPS.

What's included

What this covers in detail

Each point below is part of the arranged service. Anything outside it is listed separately further down, so there are no assumptions either way.

Return flights from the UK

Return air tickets from your chosen UK departure airport to Jeddah or Madinah. Direct and one-stop routings are presented side by side so you can weigh journey time against cost.

Makkah accommodation

Hotel accommodation in Makkah at your chosen proximity tier, with the specific property named on your confirmation rather than described in general terms.

Madinah accommodation

Hotel accommodation in Madinah for the Madinah leg of the itinerary, typically within reach of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi.

All transfers

Airport reception, transfer to your Makkah hotel, the Makkah–Madinah inter-city transfer, and the return transfer for your homebound flight.

Visa documentation assistance

Preparation and checking of your Umrah visa application from a UK-resident applicant's position, including what is needed for non-UK passport holders resident in the UK.

UK-hours contact

A point of contact reachable during UK working hours, so you are not scheduling calls around a time difference, plus a contact while you are travelling.

Step by step

How an enquiry becomes a booking

The order things actually happen in, so you know what comes next at every stage.

  1. Send your requirements

Let us know your dates, preferred UK departure airport, party size and the proximity you have in mind.

  2. Written options

We return costed options across airline and hotel tiers, with journey times and actual property names stated.

  3. Confirm in writing

Your confirmation sets out inclusions, exclusions and the payment schedule before any money changes hands.

  4. Documentation

We assemble and check your application, including anything specific to your residency or passport, and submit it.

  5. Tickets and pre-departure briefing

Tickets and vouchers are issued and we run through the itinerary and the rites with you ahead of departure.

  6. Travel with a contact

You are met on arrival and have someone to call throughout, on UK hours as well as local.

Before you apply

  • Recent passport-size photographs to the required specification
  • Completed application details as provided by us
  • Proof of relationship for family groups, where requested
  • Any vaccination or health certificates in force at the time of travel

Financial protection and travel-industry accreditation details for UK bookings: [to be confirmed — placeholder]. Ask us directly and we will tell you exactly what arrangements are in place before you pay anything.
